Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- Cooked and cubed chicken
- 6 tbsp divided olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ¼ c tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 cucumber slices
- Cooked, cooled and crumbled bacon
How to Make It
- In a skillet, mix vinegar and soy sauce.
- While on high heat, add in chicken and cook until the chicken cooks through.
- Sprinkle oil and vinegar over the salad.
- Serve the chicken along the salad.
