Ingredients
- 2 pounds (900 g) mixed fresh or frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 cups (280 g) rolled oats
- ¾ cup (100 g) almonds
- 6 tablespoons (75 g) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
- ⅓ cup (100 g) honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C.
- Lay the fruit in a 13 x 9-inch / 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Sprinkle with the cornstarch and sugar, then stir or toss with your hands to combine.
- In a large bowl, stir together the oats, nuts, melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt until just combined. Top the fruit evenly with the oat mixture and bake for 30 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling and the oat mixture is golden brown on top.
