Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- cacao nibs, to taste
How to Make It
- Peel the banana, sprinkle it with cinnamon, and wrap it in the salad leaf.
- Either eat the banana-lettuce wrap whole or cut it into bite-size pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick and arrange the pieces on a plate. If desired, sprinkle the pieces with 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs.
