Ingredients
- 3 small tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 250 grams bacon
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
- BBQ sauce
How to Make It
- Line 2 quart camp oven with baking paper and lightly spray with oil spray.
- In a bowl, crack eggs, add herbs and whisk. Spread each tortilla with BBQ sauce.
- Place one tortilla in the base of the camp oven. Layer with bacon and one third of the egg mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.
- Bake on a medium heat for 40-45 minutes or until stacker is firm to touch.
