Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ orange juice and zest
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- toasted, chopped walnuts, for serving, optional
How to Make It
- Place sweet potatoes in lightly greased slow cooker.
- Top with apple, raisins, and orange zest. Drizzle with maple syrup and orange juice.
- Cover and cook on High for 2–3 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender. Serve sprinkled with walnuts if you wish.
