This recipe can be made with slow cooked pork or beef. It is added to ginger root beer, sweetened with Stevia, along with a BBQ sauce sweetened with honey. It’s so tasty!
Ceviche is made with shellfish or raw fish, along with lime juice, onions, tomatoes and cilantro. The lime juice “cooks” the fish and the end result, after it is tossed with the remainder of the ingredients, is very refreshing.
This is like cream of tomato soup, but without any cream. The recipe is an easy one just blend it and go– it offers flavor, nutrient-richness and whole food goodness.
In this recipe, carrots are cooked with butter and seasoned with salt, and you can plump the dried fruits in liquor or juice if you like, to increase the flavor. The salty, sweet creaminess makes a wonderful combination.
These Dals can be made with more or less water, for a thinner or thicker consistency. The chili and garlic make it authentically tasty. If you use less water for a thicker soup, it offers more lentils per serving, and thus more protein.
