T is for Turtle. A fun way to teach children their letters is by designating a different letter for each day. These little guys are perfect for “T” day! Turtles aren’t known for being very fast but you will be able to put together these fun kids’ treats in no time!

Using a springform cake tin gives this dessert a slightly more finished look, but it will work just as well if made in a bowl or plastic container; in which case scoop the cheesecake into bowls to serve.

These small pizzas are just right for a party. They are a perfect dessert, and are equally good with coffee or as an unusual brunch dish.
