3 types of dehydrated raw almond macaroons with cocoa, coconut flakes and pistachio.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups of almonds
- 2 cup coconut flakes
- 4-5 tbsp coconut syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh coconut flesh
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup soaked raisins
How to Make It
- Put the ingredients into a food processor except the coconut syrup.
- Process until they turn into small chunks. Add the syrup and pulse a few more times.
- With your palms make small ball shapes and roll them over coconut flakes, ground pistachio or carob powder and dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours.
