- 3 lb chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons peppercorn
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 cup white vinegar
How to Make It
- Transfer the chicken pieces to the slow cooker.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to the chicken.
