Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups kale or spinach
- 2 cups dry navy beans
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
- 2 bay leaves & 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 cups water
- 4 pounds pork shoulder meat
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 9 hours.
