Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 large onions chopped
- 500 grams mince
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes to mash or frozen pom pom potatoes
How to Make It
- Heat oil in on a medium heat in a large frying pan and add onion and cook until soft. Add mince and brown well stirring often.
- Drain off any excess liquid. Stir in flour add chutney, stock and tomato sauce. Bring to the boil then turn heat to low and simmer.
- Put mince into a large baking dish, top with mashed potatoes or frozen pom pom potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
