Ingredients
- 2 pounds whole mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast until the mushrooms are tender and juices just begin to pool, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and serve.
