Ingredients
- 2 cups diced pumpkin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice or more
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 medium carrot juice
- ¼ cup fresh coriander
- 1½ tbsp grated ginger
- ½ cup fresh coconut flesh
- 2 tbsp fresh finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
- ½ minced clove of garlic
- Pinch of sumac
- Pinch of mustard powder
- Pinch of curry powder
- Small hot chilly finely chopped (optional)
- Warm water when needed
- 2 kaffir leaves finely chopped
- Salt
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Process while adding water when needed.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, fresh coriander and finely diced red bell pepper.
