Ingredients
- 4 button mushrooms
- 1 spring onion
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 1 loaf bread
- 50 g herb and garlic butter
How to Make It
- Finely chop the mushrooms, spring onion and parsley.
- Make criss-cross cuts across the loaf without slicing all the way through. Fill the loaf with the mushrooms, spring onion, parsley and herb butter.
- Place the loaf over indirect heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
