Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 grated carrot
- Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin taste
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 4 pounds pork liver cut in stripes
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
