Raw miso comes from Japan and is made from fermented soy beans.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of fresh coconut flesh
- A handful of Thai basil leaves
- Pinch of chili powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of white ground pepper
- 1 tbsp raw miso
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tbsp chopped cucumber
- Warm water as much as needed for 2 cups of soup
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and add warm water from the boiler.
- Blend and serve instantly.
