    Honey and soy chicken stir fry recipe

    • Yield: 4 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 3 pieces of boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
    • 2 large carrots
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 2½ tablespoons of soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons of liquid honey
    • 3 cups of long grain white rice
    • 3 tablespoons of cashew nuts (optional)
    How to Make It
    1. Cook carrots in a large pot of boiling water until tender about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large frying pan and add chicken to brown. Add honey and soy sauce then stir in carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
    2. Boil rice in a large pot of boiling water until cooked. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve with noodles.
