Ingredients
- 3 pieces of boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 2 large carrots
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2½ tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of liquid honey
- 3 cups of long grain white rice
- 3 tablespoons of cashew nuts (optional)
How to Make It
- Cook carrots in a large pot of boiling water until tender about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large frying pan and add chicken to brown. Add honey and soy sauce then stir in carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
- Boil rice in a large pot of boiling water until cooked. Sprinkle with cashews. Serve with noodles.
