- 1 Spring rosemary
- 1 log goat cheese (Sainte-Maure style)
- 1 jar apricot jam
- 8 slices pain d'epice (French spice bread)
How to Make It

- Spread the apricot jam on the slices of pain d’épice, then lay a slice of cheese on top (or more depending on the size of the bread and your appetite) and sprinkle with rosemary leaves.
