Ingredients
- 2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
How to Make It
- In a bowl, mix together biscuit mix, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
- Pour batter into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares; serve warm.
