Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and cumin to taste
- 2 bay leaves & 2 Tbsp chopped garlic & 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups beef stock & 1 cup tomato paste
- 4 pounds minced pork
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 9 hours.
