Ingredients
- 300 g Penne pasta
- 3 PCs tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oregano or Basil
- 125 g mozzarella cheese
- 75 g spinach
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil the Penne until al dente. To drain the water. In frying pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic. As soon as he gives aroma remove.
- Add in the butter, spinach and 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook about 4 minutes until the spinach are soft.
- Chop the remaining tomato sauce, mix it in a separate bowl with salt and pepper. Add to this mix the boiled Penne and mix the tomatoes with spinach.
- Mix well. Ovenproof dish grease 0,5 tbsp olive oil, put the pasta and top with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.
