Ingredients
- ½ tsp dried garlic
- 200 g spinach chopped
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 g Penne
- ½ tsp sugar
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 piece chicken breast
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- curry to taste
- 2 tbsp flour sifted
- black pepper to taste
- 100 g grated Gouda cheese
- 500 ml beef broth (or milk)
- 100 g butter
How to Make It
- Cook the pasta and chicken until cooked. Pasta drain in a colander and set aside. The chicken separated from the bones and skin, cut into small pieces.
- Mix with tomato paste, Basil, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. For the cheese sauce, heat the oil, sauté the flour in it. Add warm broth, cheese, spices. Constantly stir until smooth.
- Chop broccoli and simmer in a pan with spinach until light Golden brown. In a deep baking dish and evenly spread half of the pasta, and top with half the chicken, then half of cheese sauce, spinach and broccoli, and then in reverse order - chicken, pasta, cheese sauce.
- Put in preheated to 170°C oven for 20 minutes or until cheese baking sauce.
